South Korean Ambassador to Kagman: The military vessel was sent for the humanitarian assistance of kidnapped hostages – Al Marsad

Libya – A member of the Presidential Council of the Government of Reconciliation Abdul Salam Kajman on Wednesday discussed with the Ambassador of the Republic of South Korea to Libya Choi Sung Soo the fate of hostages abducted by the artificial river system in the southern region.

The Korean ambassador, according to the Communication and Information Department of the Presidential Council, expressed great interest in the government of the country to put the abductees, including the Korean engineer, where this attention reaches the level of the President of the Republic of Korea.

Choi Sung-soo reported that the Korean vessel mentioned in the news was sent for humanitarian assistance to the detained engineer as well as to technical Koreans in Libya in case of necessity.

For his part, Kingman stressed the follow-up to this file and the interest of the government of reconciliation for the safety of detainees and exert all efforts of social pressure and others to secure their release and the government’s keenness on friendly relations with the Republic of South Korea.
