Syrian Military Expert: On Erdogan’s Order, Large Groups of Terrorists Will be Sent from Syria to Libya – Al Marsad

Political analyst and professor of political sociology, Akram al-Shali, said that the liberation of the strategic Jarjanaz town in Idlib’s south-eastern countryside after expelling terrorists from it and destroying their dens, is “a great and strategic victory” that will pave the way for the Syrian Arab Army and allied forces to advance towards Marat al-Numan, as it is the main pillar of the military operation in Idlib .

[Libya, 24 December 2019] – Akram Al-Shali, in an interview with Radio Sputnik yesterday, Tuesday, said that after the liberation of the largest terrorist stronghold by the Syrian Arab Army, terrorists are being regrouped at the orders of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan with the aim of relocating them and their families to Libya. Al-Shali said that there seems to be an expansion of the scope of military operations between the forces aligned with the President of the Presidential Council, Fayez al-Sarraj who are using these terrorists, in their fight against the Libyan National Army, led by its Commander in Chief Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar.

Al-Shali indicated that other terrorist groups will be resettled with their families in the so-called safe haven areas east of the Euphrates.
