Qatar’s Former Prime Minister: Arab League is Unqualified to be a Judge in the Libyan Crisis – Al Marsad

Former Qatari Prime Minister Hamad bin Jassim Al Thani, who is close to the Muslim Brotherhood, attacked the League of Arab States (LAS), describing it as a “non-neutral party”.

(Libya, 23 June 2020) – Former Qatari Prime Minister Hamad bin Jassim Al Thani, in a series of tweets on his official account, said that “LAS is neither qualified nor neutral to be a fair judge in the Libyan crisis.”

“The Libyan case and the Arab situation: I wonder about the merit of LAS whose Council will meet to discuss the situation in Libya. I think it is more beneficial and urgent that the LAS meets at the highest level to consider the deteriorating Arab situation,” argued Al Thani.
