Abdelkader Gouga: The Number of Libyan Diplomatic Missions is a Problem – Al Marsad

The former Libyan Ambassador to Lebanon, Abdelkader Gouga, said the number Libyan embassies and diplomatic missions has become something that cannot be overlooked and must be dealt with as its current number is even higher than US embassies around the world.

(LIBYA, 6 April 2021) – The former Libyan Ambassador to Lebanon, Abdelkader Gouga, said in a statement on Monday, that “there are thousands of people who have been appointed to the diplomatic corps through connections and favouritism.”

The former ambassador noted that the increase in the number of Libyan embassies and diplomatic missions has become something that cannot be overlooked, and that the number now exceeds the United States’ embassies around the world.
